1. Introduction

By booking a consultation, communicating with our team, purchasing medicines, or accessing our services through phone, WhatsApp, or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Treatment

Our treatments are based on classical Ayurvedic principles and use herbal formulations prepared from authentic ingredients. The intention is to support wellness, improve symptoms and work on the root-cause as per Ayurvedic understanding, not to provide instant or guaranteed cure.

Recovery depends on multiple factors like body constitution, age, stress levels, emotional state, existing medical conditions, lifestyle, and the chronicity and severity of the disease. Results may therefore vary significantly from person to person.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information shared during consultation, over WhatsApp, calls, or via our website is intended for informational and advisory purposes within the scope of Ayurvedic practice. It should not be treated as:

• A replacement for emergency or critical care
• A substitute for investigations or treatments recommended by your allopathic doctor
• A formal medical diagnosis under any statutory law

Patients are advised to continue or modify ongoing allopathic treatment only under guidance of their respective doctors.

4. Consultation Policy

Consultations may be conducted in-clinic, via phone, video call or WhatsApp, depending on availability. Advice is based on the information you provide including photos, reports and symptoms.

You understand that remote consultation has inherent limitations, and in some cases, physical examination or additional investigations may be recommended.

5. Follow-up & Compliance

Ayurvedic treatment typically requires consistency and time. Stopping medicines abruptly, changing dosage on your own or combining them with other unknown products may affect results.

The clinic shall not be responsible for poor outcomes where:

• Medicines are not taken as advised
• Diet and lifestyle recommendations are ignored
• Other topical creams/steroids are used without consulting us

6. Fees & Payments

Consultation and treatment charges depend on the spread and stage of disease, medicine requirement and follow-up frequency. You will be informed of approximate costs before starting treatment.

As medicines are customized for each individual, fees once paid are non-refundable and medicines cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where courier services are used, we are not liable for delays, transit damage or operational issues of external agencies.

7. Prescription & Medicine Usage

All medicines and prescriptions are issued specifically for the registered patient and must not be shared with others, even if symptoms appear similar.

Medicines should be stored properly, away from direct sunlight, moisture, children and contamination. Improper storage may reduce effectiveness.

8. Results & Timelines

In many cases, especially chronic conditions like vitiligo, eczema or psoriasis, visible improvement may take several months and may require long-term management.

No doctor or staff member is authorized to guarantee:

• Complete cure in a fixed number of days
• Permanent cure with no possibility of recurrence
• Identical results to any other patient’s case

Every case is unique and non-comparable.

9. Communication & Consent

By submitting your name, mobile number, WhatsApp, email or address through our forms, calls or chat, you consent to being contacted by our clinic team for:

• Consultation scheduling and reminders
• Treatment updates and follow-ups
• Medicine and courier coordination

We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorised third parties, except where legally required.

10. Privacy & Record Keeping

All medical data, treatment history and photographs are handled with confidentiality. Clinical photographs or anonymised before-after images may be used for educational or awareness purposes only after taking appropriate consent from the patient.

11. Patient Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history
• Inform us about ongoing medicines and allergies
• Follow the advised treatment plan and follow-ups
• Report any adverse reactions at the earliest

12. Emergency Disclaimer

Amrit Ayurvedashram does not provide emergency or critical care services. In case of any medical emergency, patients are advised to contact local emergency services, hospitals or their nearest healthcare provider immediately.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the clinic and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• Delay or variation in results
• Non-compliance with advised treatment
• Self-medication, alteration or discontinuation of medicines without advice
• Comparison with other patients’ outcomes or expectations

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation, sharing enquiry details, sending reports or photos, or purchasing medicines from us, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You voluntarily consent to Ayurvedic assessment and treatment
• You accept the limitations and variability of treatment outcomes

15. Changes & Contact

Amrit Ayurvedashram reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our official communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
